In order to keep our prices low, we offer online support for all of our plans.  Online support comprises the following services:

  • Trouble Ticketing via your control panel.  This enable all of your problems and questions to be centrally managed.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).  The FAQ database allows you to search or browse the list of commonly asked questions and known issues.
  • Guides. We provide access to online guides that show you how to get the most out of our products and services
  • Email support is provided but we ask that the Trouble Ticket system is used whenever possible.  Issues raised through the Trouble Ticketing system receive a higher priority from our support staff.
